How to Register

Important Information Due to COVID-19 School Closure

Due to the statewide school and building closures until further notice, all registration for new students for the 2020-2021 school year will be done online only. If your child will be entering NPSD for the 2020-2021 school year, please complete online registration using the information below. There are no in-person registration appointments until further notice.  All registration is online only.

  • If you are re-registering a student, please call the registration office at 215-853-1086.

There are 4 documents that must be uploaded to your online application in order for the registration to be processed.   If any or all of the following 4 documents are not uploaded to the online application, the application will be unsubmitted and the district registrar will contact the parent/guardian and advise the next steps to resubmit the online application for processing.  The 4 documents needed in order to process an online application for registration are:

- Proof of Child's Age (birth certificate; hospital certificate; baptismal certificate; passport)
- Proof of Residency (current utility bill - electric, gas, water, sewer, trash; current mortgage statement; current real estate tax bill; closing paperwork/agreement of sale).  If neither parents nor guardians' names appear on Proof of Residency document, then a Multiple Occupancy form (see form in online application) needs to be completed.
- Proof of Immunizations - If you have religious or philosophical objections to any of the immunizations, please write a letter and upload it to the online application.   
- Release of Records Form - found within the online application in the student's 'previous school' information section.  Please print off this Records Release Form complete and upload it where indicated within the student's 'previous school' information section of the online application.  Additionally, if possible, when registering a secondary student (grades 7-12), please upload a student's most recent report card/transcript to your online application.  

Directions for Uploading Documents

The Infinite Campus Online Registration tool offers the ability to easily upload documents with a simple click of a button directly in the Online Application. Within the Online Application, there will be an option to upload documents within the application. For example, on the “Home Address” screen you will see the buttons to allow you to upload the necessary documents to verify your address.  It’s as simple as clicking on the blue button “Upload Utility Bill’. Then just follow the screen to locate the file you wish to upload and click okay or open. The document will then be loaded to the application.

**Please do not submit an online registration application without all of the necessary documents uploaded to your application.  If there are missing documents, the application will be unsubmitted and your student's registration will not be processed.  If your registration application is unsubmitted, you will be contacted by the Registration office and advised of the next steps to resubmit the application.**
