PSSA will now be March 24, -26, 31 and April 2nd.

Business
Book Fair - Working with Harleysville books for this year.
Monday and Tuesday is preview with option to buy, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday kids will shop and Friday evening will be the family. Will be a credit at the store which allows for
Will be a book wish list for the teachers. Harleysville provides authors throughout the school year.

Directory - Unfortunately the directory did not work and the project has been terminated. There will be no school directory for 2013-2014. Support was voiced for paper directory for 2014-2015.
Carnival Follow Up - Positive feedback.
Open Coordinator Positions - helper for activities fair - Laura will lead, Book fair, coordinating council - meeting are 3rd Wednesday of the month, family picnic, holiday shop, newsletter, volunteer, spring zing, spirit wear helper.
A list will be sent out in constant contact
Open Board Positions - all position are open and two positions are definitely open.

Spring fundraiser - Flower and Chocolate
Emma Hodgins presented Asher's portion. Kelly Greene presented flower sale component.
Flyers Balcony Suite - filled with people who have participated in the past. All are sold. $5 per ticket comes back to NAsh
Vendor Fair Vendor Fair - 6-9pm - 28 vendors listed with a variety, including Mudd Shack
First year has 24 vendors and this year the coordinator is hoping for 40 vendors - limiting to 1 vendor per company, good networking experiences, kids are able to participate with Mudd shack while the parents shop. Key club members will be there to support the kids doing the project. All children will eventually
Book fair
Working with Harleysville books for this year, it is a local bookstore and they provide authors throughout the year, a wider selection of books, including adult books.

Election will be held at the General Nash during a school day.
-Security and bathroom use are parent concerns. Ron is looking into isolation of election portion, looking security and facilities to monitor, looking into parking situation, looking into parent volunteer to help facilitate, politician outside, various ideas for drop-off and pick-up, dismiss from classroom. Questions about excused or unexcused absence for election day were posed to Ron.
Principal report
Mural - had a great meeting, parents of current 9th graders. Location is between gym doors. Farm/colonial scene with Gen. Nash handing item to child with PA animals, log cabin, landscape etc. Parent suggested having North Penn highschool for art senior projects to do art in various places in the school.
Out of office - Ron will be out of the office Wednesday to Wednesday of next week, Mrs. Luann Justice will be covering the building.

Coordinator Reports
Aimee Beleiff presented proposal for sign language classes. Interest will be investigated via constant contact and facebook. Up to 20 kids. Parent to put together an interest form to be provided to Shannon by Aimee Beleiff.
