**Note: North Penn Seniors (up to 10 per elementary school) can volunteer to help at Olympic Day and these students should register in their home office at NPHS if interested.

  • Treasurer's Report
    -Teacher stipend receipts should be turned in by the end of the school year

  • Principal's Report
    -Mr. Winkle would like to ask the parents to remember Teacher Appreciation Week and to send an email to any teacher to let them know how much they are appreciated.

    -The district has started interviewing teachers for positions for next school year.

    -On June 5, Nash will be holding a School Picnic for the students and staff. Packed lunches will be available from the Nash cafeteria and DJ Ian will be providing entertainment during the picnic.

  • Teacher Representative - Mrs. Pronczak
    -Mrs. Pronczak shared with us that 4th grade's Colonial Day will be held tomorrow.

  • Third grade will be going on a field trip to the Camden Adventure Aquarium and First grade will be going on a field trip to the Please Touch Museum tomorrow as well.

    The teachers wanted to thank the Nash H & S for funding all of these events.

    Mr. Coulter sent a note to thank the H & S for the monthly treats, especially for the spinach!

  • New Business:
    -H & S Executive Board Election

  • -Laura Boquist and Shannon Snyder will be stepping down from their executive board positions as of the end of their term which is July 31st. The following candidates are running for the executive board: Tanya MacGregor and Michele Soltis for Co-Presidents; Steph Sharkey for Treasurer; Amanda Laubach for Controller; Jenna Cohen for Communications; and Sue Daubert for Secretary. A vote was taken and all of the candidates were elected for their positions - new positions will be in effect on August 1, 2017.

    -Parent Parking at school on field trip days
    -For parents who are chaperoning on school field trips, please leave visitor parking spots open for use during the school day. Parent chaperones should consider using the parking spaces in the lot nearest to the playground on field trip days.

  • Coordinator's Reports
    -Box Tops are due on May 31st.
    -Our wooden plank fundraising event brought in about $800!

  • Thank you to Katelyn Newell and Karis Anderton for babysitting this evening!

    Our next Nash Home and School meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.
