The General F. Nash Elementary School Alumni Award is a scholarship that is awarded each year and provides financial assistance to a graduating North Penn High School senior(s) who attended Nash. The scholarships are made possible and completely funded by thoughtful, generous personal and classroom donations made in honor of teachers during the holiday season as well as at the end of the year. Proceeds from the Nash Basketball Blast in February are also donated to support this scholarship fund.
The scholarship recipient is selected but the General Nash Alumni Scholarship Committee which consists of current General Nash teachers and at least two parent representatives. Your donation, along with funding from the Nash Home and School Association, will continue to support future deserving recipients in furthering their education.
If you know a Nash Alumni who is a current high school senior they can apply for the scholarship by contacting their guidance counselor. Applications become avaailabe in the winter/spring.
